Most of our iconic backpacks are crafted from high-density ballistic grade nylon or durable polyester designed to withstand daily wear and tear.
Does Eastpak offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited 30-year warranty on our core packs, bags, and luggage covering defects in materials and workmanship.
How should I clean my Eastpak backpack?
We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. For tougher stains, use mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Are Eastpak products water-resistant?
Most of our products are water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain. However, they are not 100% waterproof if submerged.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are generally unable to modify or cancel it.
How do I know if my laptop will fit in a specific bag?
Check the 'Dimensions' section on the product page. We list the maximum laptop size compatible with each internal sleeve.
